Reiki Infused Sound Baths

Welcome to our beautiful Reiki Infused Sound Bath sessions, designed to elevate your well-being and foster inner peace. Hosted by Reiki Master & Sound Healing Practitioner Erin from Dusting Off My Soul and Reiki Master Nicola from Wellness Ur Way, our sessions combine the ancient practices of sound healing and Reiki to create a powerful and unique healing experience.
This event runs once a month for an hour in the Bayside Community Centre, Dublin 13, 10.30-11.30am usually on the fourth Sunday of each month.
We have a late night hour long session in Baldoyle Community Hall, Baldoyle Dublin 13, once a month from 830-930pm on the second Wednesday of each month.
We have a midweek session on the first and third Wednesday of each month in The Bungalow Cherry Orchard Ballyfermot. This session is bookable directly with The Bungalow on 01 623 1367.
These Reiki Infused Sound Baths are also available for private, staff wellness days, community bookings. Contact me for info.

Sound baths are generally gentle and suitable for most people.
Please consult your healthcare provider before attending if you have:
Uncontrolled epilepsy or a history of sound-induced seizures
An implanted cardiac device such as a pacemaker or ICD
Are in the first trimester of pregnancy
A severe psychiatric condition that may be affected by deep relaxation
These sound baths involve no instruments placed on the body.
