Our sessions are kept small and intimate, ensuring each participant receives personalised attention in a safe, welcoming, and nurturing environment.
We begin by gently inviting in angelic energy, creating a sacred space of light and peace.
Through guided breathing, grounding, and intention setting, you’ll be supported to open your heart and connect with the loving presence of your angels and higher self.
Once you are settled, you’ll be invited to lie back and relax as we move into the Angel Healing Sound Bath. Using a blend of crystal singing bowls, gongs, and chimes, the soothing frequencies wash over you, easing tension, quieting the mind, and rebalancing your energy. You will receive a mini Angel Healing during the session.
These angelic and heart-healing sounds promote deep relaxation and emotional release, helping you to let go of what no longer serves you and reconnect with your inner harmony and light.

Contraindications
Please note this sound bath is NOT suitable for people with a pacemaker, inflammation, advanced stages of cancer, cancer tumours, metal implants, having had surgery within 3 months and in the first trimester of pregnancy.
During the sound bath bowls may be placed on your body. It is not recommended that bowls are played on the body in the following cases:
• People with pacemaker, ICD, defibrillator, stents.
• Inflamed areas, areas with open wounds / post surgery 3 months, cancer tumours, advanced stages of cancer.
• First trimester of pregnancy- not suitable for on the body at any stage, can be played gently from a distance in the environment from trimester 2 onwards.
• On areas with or surrounding metal plates, hip replacements etc.
• Sound sensitive epilepsy - all sound unsuitable both on body and in environment.
• Severe or clinical mental health conditions- PTSD, psychotic conditions such as schizophrenia - all sound unsuitable.
